自2014年6月CASHL启动 “CASHL-Emerald图书馆情报学国际出版项目”，CASHL各成员馆馆员踊跃投稿,2014年11月初，Emerald出版社初选12篇匿名论文提交CASHL复审。CASHL通过聘请图书馆情报学领域专家学者对入选论文的基本格式、语言、参考文献规范等进行必要的建议和修改，经过三轮建议-修改-审查，最终共有7篇文章通过复审进入投稿环节。

    在投稿环节，Emerald出版社将复审合格的论文提交海内外专家学者进行语言润色和修改，并与作者一起最终确定终稿及投稿期刊，同时提供论文出版环节的咨询与帮助。
